PUBLIC SECTOR LAW

The South African State comprises of National and Provincial governments, municipalities and organs of state. Binding laws have been developed to regulate all processes of government. 

  • Advising of clients in disputes with the State

  • Preparing law suits for and against the State

  • Representation in various forums, including before parliament, the public protector, commissions of inquiries and tribunals
