TENDER LAW

The Constitution of South Africa requires government to procure goods in a manner that is fair, transparent, and cost-effective. This is often not done and results in legitimate rights of businesses and individuals being affected.

  • Stopping the award of decisions, and the continuation of corrupt contracts

  • Challenging decisions taken by government

  • Requesting tender information from government

  • Requesting reasons for government decisions, including procurement decisions
